Visitor Policy Changed Due to Flu Concerns

To protect the health of patients most vulnerable to the H1N1 flu, Auburn Regional Medical Center has restricted visitors to adults and children ages 12 years and older. Younger children may be permitted to visit patients in special circumstances but please check with the unit you are planning to visit before taking children under 12 years of age to the patient's room. Visitors who appear to have symptoms of flu, such as coughing or sneezing, or other illnesses are asked to not enter the hospital building. There is a limit of two visitors per patient room at any one time. This policy is for the safety of our patients and we thank you for your cooperation.
