Special Services
Auburn Regional Medical Center offers a variety of special services to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. These special services include the following:
Patient Representative and Problem Resolution If there is a problem, discuss it with your nurse. If you prefer, you may speak to the Nurse Manager, who is responsible for what happens on the nursing unit. On evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, speak to the Nursing Supervisor.
You may also call the Patient Representative, who is available to assist patients during regular business hours. The representative is a professional trained to act on your behalf as an advocate.
